At the barn house we can accommodate six people, in three large and comfortable rooms, all en-suite. We have one double and one twin bedroom, both with a bath and shower, and a second twin which has a large wet room. All our rooms have a television, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers. We have a large lounge where you will be able to rest and compare notes with other guests.Having walked the fells ourselves we know that at the end of a day, muddied and (sometimes) wet a drying room is a must, so the barn house has a large drying room for boots and clothes. We can take care of your laundry for a small fee.
We have a secure cycle lock-up, with a small workshop to carry out any emergency cycle repairs, with the odd bolt available to keep you going.You are guaranteed a welcome after four in the afternoon. Before that we could just be out on the fells ourselves! But call by if you are early as someone might just be at home. If you intend arriving after 6.30pm, do give us a call so that we can ensure we are at home to greet you.
Tariffs for 2012 are £38 pp sharing double/twin, from £45 for single occupancy. A £10 deposit per person is required when booking. We accept cheques and cash only.
